General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the rental of the Hunsrückliebe holiday home

1. Scope These General Terms and Conditions apply to contracts for the rental of the Hunsrückliebe holiday home for accommodation purposes, as well as to all other services provided to the customer.

2. Booking and Conclusion of Contract By submitting a booking enquiry, the guest makes a binding offer to conclude a rental contract. The contract is only concluded upon confirmation of the booking by the landlord. The booking may be made in writing, by telephone or via electronic media.

3. Prices and Terms of Payment The prices quoted are final prices and include all statutory charges, unless otherwise stated. A deposit of 20% of the total price is due within 7 days of booking confirmation. The balance is payable no later than 14 days before arrival. 4. Arrival and departure On the day of arrival, the holiday home is available from 3.00 pm. On the day of departure, the property must be vacated by 11.00 am at the latest.

6. Use of the holiday home The holiday home may only be used by the number of people specified in the booking. Use of the holiday home is permitted exclusively for residential purposes. 7. Withdrawal / Cancellation by the guest The guest may withdraw from the contract at any time prior to the start of the rental period. Withdrawal must be made in writing.
