1. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

2. The holiday home may only be used for residential purposes. Holding parties, stag/hen nights or other events is expressly prohibited and, in exceptional cases, requires the landlord’s prior written consent.

3. Charging electric cars via domestic sockets is prohibited.

4. Ashtrays must be used in outdoor areas. (These are located outside, to the left of the front door and at the back on the terrace under the table!)

5. Garden furniture may only be used with cushions. (The key for the cushion chest is attached to the house key)

6. The gas barbecue may only be used in accordance with the operating instructions.

7. The gas cylinder must always be turned off after use.

8. The gas barbecue must be cleaned after use.

9. Work boots must always be removed before entering the house.

10. The oven must only be used with baking paper. (There is plenty available!)

11. Dogs must not be washed in the shower!

12. Dogs are not allowed on the bed!

13. Dogs are not allowed on the sofa!

14. The dishwasher must be emptied before departure.

15. The fridge must be emptied before departure.
